My Approach
Many spiritual teachings encourage seekers to transcend their humanity. This approach to spiritual living doesn't resonate with me, because it feels disconnected from the human experience.
I believe we are spiritual beings who chose to have this human experience, and the opportunity is for us to embody our physical bodies as completely as possible with our soul. I believe we are meant to bring more of our soul into our every day experience and ground that etheric essence of who we really are into this physical reality.
My work blends grounded awareness with higher consciousness, honoring both the mystical and the practical. I'm not into dogma or rigid belief systems. I offer tools, perspectives, and experiences that help you listen to your own inner guidance. My deepest desire is for you to live from a place of freedom and authenticity, truly expressing who you really are at a soul level as you live your precious life.
The invitation to living a spiritual life is not to escape, but to live fully awake.
